Alberta TrailNet provides a range of support to communities and groups that want to develop a local or regional trail in Alberta. Resources include: advice and information on trail building, legislation impacting trails, grant funding opportunities, and print and online publications on topics such as the Alberta trail classification system, safety & stewardship, Q & A for landowners, best practices and the benefits of trails. We can also provide advice and assistance to groups interested in exploring partnership approaches and opportunities.
